Salmon Burgers
When burgers become tiresome, simply substitute the beef for salmon, ginger and potatoes. These palate-pleasing patties are perfectly fine for a quick lunch or a decadent dinner.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 14 3/4 ounce(s) can salmon (pink or red), skin removed
- 1 medium potato, baked or boiled, peeled
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cracked black pepper
Directions
- Mash salmon and potato; mix in soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Form into 4 patties. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper on one side. Spray with olive oil and grill on each side about 4 minutes. Serve on whole-wheat buns with Asian Sauce and raw shredded cabbage.
