Tuna Diablo Eggs
Forget about eggs and ham - it's all about eggs and tuna in this twist on traditional deviled eggs. This versatile version is great for brunches or served as an appetizer at your next barbecue.
Ingredients
For 3 people
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 can tuna
- 1 dash(es) salt and pepper
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) salad dressing
- 1 chopped onion, to taste
Directions
Boil eggs with a little salt; cut eggs in half and take out the yolks. Mash yolks with a fork, adding salt, pepper, salad dressing, tuna, and mustard and chopped onion. Fill egg whites with the mixture and serve.
