Tomorrow is another day. Make your non-food reward into your mantra for the next time you reach a goal: "Only 3 more pounds until that manicure/pedicure/new CD!" - or whatever you choose as your reward. If you reach a dieting plateau, then start examining your habits more closely. Maybe you'll find you've been backsliding or simply need to increase your efforts. The scale will get unstuck - it's just a matter of staying positive and keeping your eye on the prize.
