What Is Retinol?

Now that you know the benefits of taking retinol whether in the form of ingestible food or topical creams, you have to bear in mind that it will not work only after your first day of use. So what is retinol? It is one of the animal forms of Vitamin A. it is both an alcohol and diterpenoid. However, it is convertible to Vitamin A as other forms. You can also find retinol in liver, eggs and milk. Retinol is also known to be easily absorbed by the body simply because it is preformed.

As we all know it, retinol is essential to skin care, and that most products are with it. It helps the skin to rejuvenate. People with acne and wrinkles can use a product that contains retinol that is if they want something that will truly work for them.

Now, depending on how you use retinol, its benefits on one's skin is different. It can give both your body and skin good results. While, there are some people that takes retinol through ingesting food while others apply it to their skin topically.
