Lotion Calf Raises

While putting sunscreen on your neck and face in the morning or your beauty cream at night, sculpt your calf muscles. (Shaw actually does these while removing her make-up.)
1. Hold counter with one hand.
2. Stand on tiptoes and lift heels parallel to one another.
3. Elongate your spine.
4. Keep abs strong.
5. Repeat 20 times.
