Workout wear - It might be easy to come back from your afternoon workout in your sweats, but nothing says “I don’t care about what I’m wearing” more than sloppy gym shorts and scuffed up sneakers. Also, when people see a disheveled, sweaty person they automatically assume that person does not smell the best and whether you do or not, this is the wrong thing to put into the heads of any clients or co-workers you need to esteem you.
