Group Fitness: Motivate Those Around You

Maybe your book club could discuss the monthly selection while hiking. Set up a healthy recipe exchange with coworkers or another group with which you're involved so that everyone can try new things and eat nutritiously. Display your progress for all to see. Keep a tally of workouts in a conspicuous place at work where everyone can see it and ask about it. You may set up an idea exchange and find a fitness buddy in the process! An added benefit is when you challenge others, you motivate yourself as well.
